About Lots of Spots Bed and Breakfast
Our Story
We started Lots of Spots Bed and Breakfast as a way to share our passion for hospitality and provide a comfortable retreat for travelers. Our B&B is nestled in scenic Nittany Valley, surrounded by lush mountains and stunning views. We are located approximately 22 miles from Penn State University and are four miles from I-80. Our bed and breakfast sits adjacent to PA State Game Lands with easy access to hunting and fishing. There is an electric vehicle charging station four miles away.
Our Bed and Breakfast features two secure private bedrooms each with full baths. Both bedrooms share a common area with access to complimentary beverages during you stay. We can accommodate up to two additional guests in the common area when both rooms are booked by the same party.

We encourage all potential guests to review the polices below before you make a reservation. Please call us at (814) 810-3612 f you have any questions so we can help.
- We are open all year around on weekends.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to reserve a room(s). We understand plans change after a deposit is made. If you must cancel within 14 days of your booking date, you will receive your deposit refund less a $45.00 cancellation fee.
- We accept cash and credit card payments only.
- Our bed and breakfast is not pet friendly. We do however, have a bed and breakfast dalmatian mascot named Leia who loves to interact and visit with our guests.
- We have a no smoking policy both inside the bed and breakfast and main house, and the outside grounds. Violations of this policy will result in a $350.00 charge to restore each room reserved.
- Children over the age of 8 are invited to stay with us.
- State and local taxes are reflected on your invoice.
- A three percent credit card fee is added to each credit card transaction.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM to prepare for our next night’s guests.
- A delicious made-to-order breakfast is served each morning. We also offer grab and go breakfasts to our guests. You will receive a menu when you arrive to let us know what you would like prepared for breakfast in the morning.
- We are Serv Safe certified and do our best to accommodate special nutritional dietary modifications.
